HELM is a creative studio operated by Moustafa Ahmed in Egypt. This policy explains how information submitted through directedbyhelm.com is handled.

Information we collect

When you send a project enquiry, we receive the email address, project description and budget range you submit, plus any other information you choose to include in the message. The website does not ask for card or payment details.

Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information needed to serve and secure the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time and server logs.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to review your project, reply to you, prepare a quote, manage pre-contract or project communications, protect the website from abuse, and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information or add enquiry details to a marketing list without permission.

How the enquiry form works

The form posts directly to this website and sends the enquiry to HELM's business mailbox using authenticated Hostinger email delivery. The current website code does not save form submissions to a separate website database. Messages may remain in the business mailbox and normal service backups for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, project relationship, records or legal obligations.

Service providers and external services

HELM uses Hostinger for website hosting and business email. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts and front-end script files from jsDelivr. Those services can receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser information when your browser requests their files. Links to Freelancer, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those services only when you choose to open them.

Cookies and analytics

HELM does not currently run advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this website and the site code does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

Your choices and rights

International visitors

HELM is operated from Egypt. Service providers may process data in other countries as part of hosting, email delivery or content delivery.
